How does Colonic Hydrotherapy work?
A small tube called a speculum, is gently inserted into the rectum which allows it to introduce warm filtered water into the colon. The speculum allows for the safe entrance of water and the release of waste and toxins.

How many sessions of Colonic Hydrotherapy do I need?
Depending on the outcome of your consultation, your therapist will recommend how many colon cleansing treatments you should undergo. This varies from person to person, and can be as little as just one treatment in a period of 1 to 3 months, or a course of up to 6. Following your initial treatments, it’s advisable that maintenance continues every 6 to 12 weeks to keep the colon free from any harmful waste and ensure the effectiveness of the first few treatments.
