What is HIFU (High Intensity Focus Ultrasound)?

HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is a system developed originally for treatment of prostate cancer. Scientist realised that during treatment the patients experience noticeable tightening and firming of the area. Since, HIFU is now widely used in Aesthetics. It uses sound waves to vibrate lower levels of the skin and tissue heating the area. This heat induces collagen repair, physically tightens and lifts the skin leaving the skin radiant and firm.

Stretch Marks

Stretch marks are a type of scar which shows as an indented streak on the abdomen, breasts, hips, buttocks or other places on the body. There are multiple way which stretch marks can form, including puberty, pregnancy and weight gain and loss.

With plasma laser treatment the laser will target the stretched skin by producing  small electrical pulses that create a plasma field around the target skin. Removing the top layer of the skin and taking away dead skin cells. It prepares the skin to receive new cells. Allowing the stimulation of the circulation of blood in the area and the production of new elastin and collagen to replace the ones lost.

Our stretch mark treatment provides visible results, is completely safe, and cost-effective. We have various treatments for stretch mark removal starting at different prices. Book a free consultation today to talk to our experienced practitioners about how we can remove your stretch marks.

Scar treatment

Scars are part of the body’s healing process. When our skin is injured the body creates new tissue made of collagen to help reseal itself.
Collagen plays many important roles throughout our body, including plumping up our skin and helping us cartilage protect our joints. When a scar develops, collagen fibres repair damaged skin and close any open areas. The new tissue protects us from infection. See our healthcare provider if you’re unhappy with how a scar looks. Several effective treatments can make scars flatter or less noticeable. If a scar is causing discomfort or making it difficult for you to move, call our healthcare provider. Treatments can improve movement and relieve pain.

Mole removal and skin lesions

Your doctor can identify moles during a skin examination, with laser treatment most often used for non-cancerous. During the laser removal process, bursts of light radiation will be used to destroy the mole tissue. To fully remove a mole, it is recommended to have two or three treatments. The removal of moles can be a good option if moles are in hard to reach locations, like the ears, or on sensitive or highly visible areas of the skin, such as the face. Treatment can also be used for removing more than one mole at the same time.  Talk to your doctor about a schedule that’s appropriate for you to start the removal treatment.
