This was my first time at the clinic and the staff were very helpful and friendly.  Dori who did my procedure explained everything and put my mind at ease as I was very anxious.

During the treatment she explained step by step which made me relax.

I will definitely  recommend NL to my friends and family as the service is impeccable.

I had my first laser removal session today, and it was an excellent experience. The facility was spotless, and the staff were incredibly polite and professional. A special mention to Leila, who conducted my session. She was exceptionally kind and ensured I had all the important information I needed. I felt very well taken care of throughout the process.
