The Buyer must contact Customer Services on the contact details below within three working days of purchase date to return Products or to notify the Seller of missing Products or incorrect Products.

Temperature controlled Products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Where a refund or credit note is agreed the Seller will use reasonable endeavours to process the refund or credit note within 28 days.

NL Clinic will deliver all products to the shipping address provided during the order. If no shipping address is provided the products will be delivered to the billing address.

Delivery is made using Royal Mail or DHL, both couriers advise 24 hour delivery lead time, however, delivery lead times are not guaranteed by the courier or NL Clinic and therefore we request that the buyer allows 1-3 days.

Same Day Despatch available for orders made by 3pm Monday to Friday. No despatch available on Saturday or Sunday.

Free shipping is only applicable to orders over £60. For orders under £60 there is a £6 delivery charge.
